ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT) has secured long-term supply agreements with major PC vendors like Dell, HP, and Lenovo, booking most of its production capacity through the end of 2027. This comes as Samsung, SK Hynix, and Micron continue to reallocate their DRAM capacity towards higher-margin HBM and server DRAM products. CXMT has grown to become the world's fourth-largest DRAM manufacturer, holding an estimated 7.7% market share in 2025.
Conventional DRAM supply is tightening as major memory producers prioritize HBM, forcing PC OEMs to secure long-term agreements with alternative suppliers like CXMT.
