Intel Foundry has commenced mass production shipments of logic semiconductors utilizing ASML's high numerical aperture (NA) extreme ultraviolet (EUV) lithography equipment. This advanced lithography technology is being applied to certain layers of Intel's 18A process node.
Intel's 18A node is now in mass production with High-NA EUV, validating the technology for leading-edge compute manufacturing.
