The company already operates a 2 GW 100% renewable system in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia, and is developing a gigawatt-scale AI campus in Ulanqab.
AI compute is now constrained by grid access and power supply, shifting investment focus to energy-native datacenter siting and dedicated renewable generation.
