ZTE Kangxun Telecom, server manufacturer Maginfra, and Zhuhai Hengqin Yunxiang Zhisheng Network Technology recently received US Department of Commerce approval to acquire advanced AI chips from NVIDIA and AMD. This follows similar clearance granted to Chinese internet giants like Alibaba and Tencent in May of this year.
