Micron Technology officially poured concrete for the foundation of its first New York fab, marking a significant construction milestone for what will become the largest semiconductor manufacturing site in US history. The event in Clay, New York, was attended by federal, state, and local leaders, including US Secretary of Commerce and New York Governor Kathy Hochul, alongside CEOs from Bechtel, Jacobs, and Gilbane Building.
