Samsung Electronics has started full-scale preparations for mass production of Tesla's next-generation AI semiconductor, the 'AI5'. This production will take place at Samsung's Taylor, Texas factory, which has received the green light for operations.
Samsung's Taylor fab is now operational for advanced AI chip production, securing a major customer in Tesla for its leading-edge foundry capacity.
