TSMC Chairman C.C. Wei stated that the A14 leading node technology development is progressing well, with strong customer interest from both smartphone and HPC (AI chips) segments. Mass production for the A14 node is slated for 2028, with A13 and A12 planned as extensions of the A14 family.
