AMD's new MI455X GPU, built on TSMC's 2nm compute tiles, features 432GB of HBM4 at 19.6TB/s and ships as an EAM with direct liquid cooling. The Helios rack-scale platform integrates 72 MI455X GPUs and 18 EPYC Venice CPUs, offering 2.9 exaflops FP4 and 31TB of pooled HBM4 per rack. Shipments for the MI455X and Helios platform are set to begin at the end of Q3, ramping through Q4 and into H1 2027.
