Shanghai-based AgiBot, a fast-growing Chinese robot maker, has hired Citic Securities, China International Capital Corporation (CICC), and Morgan Stanley as joint sponsors for its planned initial public offering in Hong Kong. The company restructured from a limited liability company to a joint-stock limited firm last year, indicating its intent to list.
