Georgia Institute of Technology Publishes Open DRAM Model for 3D PIM Analysis

Researchers from Georgia Institute of Technology published a technical paper detailing an "Open DRAM Model" for comprehensive circuit-level analysis of DRAM operations. This model supports multiple architectures, including conventional 6F2 BCAT, scaled 4F2 VCT, and monolithically stacked 3-D DRAM, enabling processing-in-memory (PIM) analysis.
