ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT) is set to list on Shanghai’s STAR Market on July 27, aiming to raise approximately $8.5 billion. The offering positions CXMT as China’s largest and the world’s fourth-largest DRAM maker by capacity, despite its current smaller market share.
