Victory Giant's HDI PCBs for NVIDIA's Virtual Rack (VR) encountered an impedance mismatch during V8 validation, severely degrading signal integrity and exceeding NVIDIA's acceptable threshold. This issue, if not resolved by late July, could further delay the VR platform, impacting the Rubin GPU deployment. NVIDIA also removed Kyber from its roadmap in early May due to manufacturing difficulties with its orthogonal backplane, though this was not new information to the market.
