How much of the memory boom is AI

Korea's memory exports are HBM-heavy, the stacked memory bound for AI accelerators. Taiwan's are commodity DRAM and NAND. Both are the same product class in the same customs unit, so the gap between how fast each is growing isolates the AI premium riding on top of the ordinary memory cycle. When the two lines move together the boom is broad; when Korea pulls away, AI is doing the work.
